Why every company needs an MVP culture

In 1930's Japan, the country's industry was wracked by war and economic stagnation. Unwilling to let his company flounder in the harsh market conditions, one man came up with a series of new working process that helped his business not only survive but flourish in the new climate. His name was Kiichiro Toyoda - founder of Toyota automobiles.


The principles that Kiichiro invented became the founding principles of what today we call the 'lean' method - a series of processes that help to eliminate wasted time and money.
