We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing client services team in London. You’ll be the bridge between the client and the studio, translating their business needs and collaborating with internal teams to accomplish them. You’ll be responsible for the daily communications and will be expected to multitask across different accounts.


  • You’ll research clients to create wholistic briefs for the project teams
  • You’ll create proposals, contracts and SOWs
  • You’ll assist in building strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Help promote and suggest company products/services that maximise client satisfaction
  • You can communicate clearly and confident working with clients on a daily basis
  • You’ll work with Account Managers to create customised sales plans for key clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, notably product managers, design team and developers to deliver high quality products for clients
  • Assisting Account Managers planning new client outreaches and engagement
  • You’ll work on prospecting and pitching projects to gain new leads


  • Demonstrable experience and/ or interest in digital products
  • Experience as an Account Executive or relevant commercial role will be valued
  • Understanding of commercial principles and ability to deliver premium customer experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving approach and attention to detail orientation
  • Socially curious and able to engage with a team of active young and diverse professionals, in the UK and overseas
  • Eager to learn fast
