Studio Graphene Awarded ISO 9001 accreditation
We started Studio Graphene in 2014 with a simple goal - to challenge the misconception that digital innovation was scary, expensive and slow.
Since then we’ve grown our team to over 130 passionate individuals working with a range of clients throughout the world from our HQ in London and studios in New Delhi, Geneva and Lisbon.
We’ve always challenged ourselves, be it in terms of pushing the boundaries with the services and capabilities we offer our clients, to the development of our own in-house custom products designed to improve our end-to-end delivery processes.
Most recently we’ve been focusing on developing our processes across every element of the business, working towards ensuring the highest and consistent standards of service delivery. We’re proud to announce that our hard-work has paid off, having been awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation in October.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that specifies requirements for quality management systems. For us and our clients, it ensures that the services we provide are of the highest quality with a focus on always delivering the best in class digital products and services. It also means that we can use the standard to demonstrate our ability to maintain the services that continue to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Ultimately it holds us accountable as a client services business and focused on striving to be the best we can be so we’re in a position to not only meet our clients' expectations - but exceed them.
On top of this and through ongoing improvement, we’ll be looking at ways to further evolve our processes. Having a quality management system in place means we’ll continue on our journey to deliver to the highest possible quality standards we can, whilst improving client satisfaction for the next phase of Studio Graphene’s growth and evolution.
