Another aspect of support and maintenance is to look into and address user reported issues, investigate and address them and work with our clients’ customer support teams to manage the process of fixing these issues.

We work collaboratively with our clients to design a bespoke support and maintenance package specific to their needs and requirements, using automated monitoring tools to be as proactive as we can wherever possible.
