AI for automotive that changes how customers buy, use and interact with mobility.

Updated October 12, 2026 • 7 min read

We help automotive businesses identify where AI can create real commercial value, then design and build the products, platforms and workflows to make it happen. From improving customer journeys and internal operations to creating entirely new digital propositions, we turn AI opportunity into something that works in the real world.

Our work spans vehicle sales and post-purchase services, auctions and remarketing, car subscriptions and fleet management.

Where AI creates advantage in automotive.

AI can create value across the customer journey and wider automotive business, from making discovery and support more personalised to improving how information is accessed, reducing operational friction and helping businesses make better use of customer and vehicle data.

We start with where that creates genuine commercial impact.

That could mean improving conversion and retention, creating better ownership experiences, streamlining complex internal processes or developing entirely new products and services.

The technology follows the opportunity, not the other way around.

What AI looks like in practice.

The automotive experience increasingly extends beyond the vehicle itself. Discovery, purchase, finance, warranties, servicing, resale and ongoing ownership all involve different systems, information and interactions that need to work together.

Our existing automotive work gives us experience of that complexity. For one of the UK’s largest used-car dealerships, for example, we built a bespoke mobile platform integrated directly with its CRM, bringing warranty activation, claims, breakdown assistance and ongoing post-purchase services into a single customer experience.

For Drive Fuze, we integrated identity verification, driving licence data, fleet management and telematics into a single car-subscription journey.

AI creates opportunities to make experiences like these more contextual, conversational and responsive, but it needs to work with the underlying data, systems and business logic rather than sitting on top as a disconnected feature.

We combine AI with stable software foundations to build products around the real customer and operational journeys they need to support.

Who we work with in automotive.

We work with established automotive organisations and ambitious mobility businesses looking to improve existing products, transform operations or create new digital propositions.

For Hudson Kapel Remarketing, we built an iOS and Android application extending its vehicle auction platform to mobile, enabling customers to browse, bid, buy and manage the purchase process wherever they are.

For Drive Fuze, we designed and developed an end-to-end car subscription platform spanning vehicle search and selection, customer onboarding, delivery and ongoing support, alongside the admin, fleet-management and integration infrastructure behind it.

Together, those projects give us experience across vehicle retail, post-purchase services, auctions and remarketing, subscriptions, fleet management and customer-facing automotive products.

Why Studio Graphene.

AI-native isn’t a feature we add. It’s how we work.

We bring product strategy, design and development together, combining commercial thinking with product, design and engineering expertise to take an opportunity from idea through to production.

Our automotive experience spans complex customer journeys, operational platforms, mobile products and integrations with the systems and data that automotive businesses already rely on.

That gives us a strong foundation for identifying where AI can genuinely improve the experience rather than simply adding another layer of technology.

300+ high-impact products delivered. Studios in London, Delhi, Lisbon and Geneva. In-house expertise across strategy, design, engineering and emerging technology.

Built for today, ready for what’s next.
