AI

We help healthcare organisations identify where AI can create real value, then design and build the products, platforms and workflows to make it happen. From improving patient and practitioner experiences to transforming complex processes and creating new digital health propositions, we turn AI opportunity into something that works in the real world.

Our healthcare and wellbeing work includes products supporting people with chronic conditions and platforms helping employees better understand and manage their mental wellbeing.
That experience has shown us how important usability, accessibility and trust become when technology deals with deeply personal information and experiences.
AI creates another layer of opportunity, but also raises the bar for getting the product right. It needs to work around sensitive data, existing systems and users who need to understand and trust the technology they’re relying on.

AI can create value across the healthcare experience, from reducing administrative burden and improving access to information to supporting workflows, personalising patient experiences and enabling entirely new products and services.
We start with the problem rather than the technology, identifying where AI can deliver meaningful improvements for users and organisations and, equally importantly, where existing approaches remain the better answer.
The opportunity isn’t simply to put AI into more healthcare products. It’s to use it where it can make those products genuinely more useful, accessible and effective.
Healthcare AI needs to work within the systems, workflows and decisions people already depend on. That means designing around data, integration, security and reliability, as well as how people actually interact with intelligent technology.
Our existing healthcare work gives us experience designing around sensitive and highly personal user needs. For Frendo, that included an interactive screening questionnaire, symptom and lifestyle tracking and access to credible resources for people with endometriosis. For FormScore, it included making mental wellbeing tracking quick and accessible through mobile, web and Microsoft Teams, alongside personalised engagement based on user data.
We bring those principles into AI-native product development, combining deterministic software with AI where it adds value and designing around the real people, environments and workflows in which the product will be used.

AI-native isn’t a feature we add. It’s how we work.
We bring product strategy, design and development together, combining commercial thinking with product, design and engineering expertise to take an opportunity from idea through to production.
Our healthcare and wellbeing experience means we understand that successful products in this space need more than good technology. They need to be designed around trust, usability and the people who will actually depend on them.
