We help education organisations identify where AI can create real value, then design and build the products, platforms and workflows to make it happen. From more personalised learning experiences to better tools for educators and entirely new propositions, we turn AI opportunity into something that works in the real world.

Our work spans digital learning platforms for schools and students, professional learning and coaching products and technology designed to make education businesses easier to operate and scale.
AI creates another layer of opportunity. It can make learning more personalised and accessible, make knowledge easier to navigate and give educators and learners new ways to interact with increasingly sophisticated digital products.

AI can create value across the learning experience, from more personalised learning journeys and conversational access to knowledge to content creation, assessment and reducing administrative work.
We start with the needs of learners, educators and the organisation. That means identifying where AI can genuinely improve outcomes or efficiency and where established technology remains the better answer.
The opportunity isn’t simply to add AI to existing learning platforms. It’s to rethink what becomes possible when products can understand context, respond more intelligently and adapt more closely to the people using them.
AI changes the relationship between people and educational technology. Products can increasingly respond conversationally, work across different types of information and adapt experiences around individual needs.
But good educational technology still depends on understanding how people actually learn and use the product. Our work with GoLearn, for example, involved designing and building a platform around an “AI + Pedagogy” approach to literacy and language, while making a large amount of functionality and performance data accessible to teachers and students with very different levels of technical confidence.
The resulting platform reduced a student assessment process that could previously take teachers one or two school terms to under an hour, while generating more detailed information about individual student performance.
We bring the same product thinking to AI-native education: combining emerging technology with the right content, data, user experience and human oversight to create products that genuinely improve how people learn and work.
We work with established education organisations and ambitious learning and EdTech businesses looking to improve existing products, transform how learning is delivered or create something entirely new.
For GoLearn, we designed and built a scalable learning platform supporting personalised, student-centred teaching across web and mobile, giving teachers detailed performance data while supporting learners across a wide range of ages.
For MiMentor, we took ownership of an existing educational platform, stabilised and enhanced it and introduced SCORM compliance, customisable learning journeys, community features and advanced analytics to support future growth.
For Cypher, we built a bespoke platform for children’s coding education, supporting children, parents, teachers, schools and administrators while automating bookings, scheduling, transactions and payments across different countries and time zones.
And for Mindflick, we helped define the digital product strategy and experience around a performance coaching platform that creates individual behavioural profiles and delivers personalised coaching experiences.
Together, that gives us experience across education, learning, coaching, personalised experiences, learning analytics and the platforms that support them.

AI-native isn’t a feature we add. It’s how we work.
We bring product strategy, design and development together, combining commercial thinking with product, design and engineering expertise to take an opportunity from idea through to production.
Our education experience spans products for children and adults, teachers and organisations, from individual learning experiences to complex platforms designed to operate and scale.
That gives us an understanding of both the technology and the different people who ultimately need to trust and use it.
